1. Calibration or Verification of liquid flowmeters

We provide a state of the art on-site and online flowmeter calibration or verification of all types of liquid flowmeters utilizing a frequently calibrated and corrected clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter as a reference standard for comparison. We perform this service in accordance to international standards for both technical and quality assurance. This service aims to assist end-users in complying with the National Water Act. 

The calibration reference standard used is in a form of a computerized automated system which accounts for every measured readings and also ensures the validity of results even at poorest performance of a flowmeter. The system calibrates both total flow quantity displayed and flowrate derived from current output of the flowmeter simultaneously. We also provide span calibration of the flowmeters’ current output readings on customer request.

2. Supply and installations of new liquid flowmeters

We supply, deliver and/or install all type of liquid flowmeters this includes but not limited to:

• Electrical Flowmeters (Electromagnetic and Ultrasonic)

• Vortex Flowmeters  

• Mechanical Water Flowmeters

• Open Channel flowmeters 

3. Maintenance of liquid flowmeters

We conduct fault findings, reconfigurations, re-installations and/or recommendations.

4. Third party verification

We provide third-party verification of liquid flowmeters’ installation. This is usually after an end-user has contracted a supplier to install flowmeters on their plant; we come as a third-party to verify and validate the installations. .

5. Testing

We provide pump performance tests, heat exchanger efficiency tests, valve % regulation tests, liquid flow measurement tests and establishment/verification of discharge coefficient in case of differential pressure flowmeter installed.

6. Instruments Management

We supply, deliver and provide consultation on any industrial measuring instrumentation including on-site and laboratory calibrations. We also manage instrument maintenance schedule and instrument traceability record files. We collect and deliver your instruments from/to site then find you a cheap, proper and accredited calibration service with best measurement capability (BMC).  

This serves as a one stop calibration service provider which helps end-users to avoid legal complications and save time in case the long term contractor loses accreditation or become incapable of providing particular calibration services.
